I generally like Sonic Drive-In. I don't expect a gourmet meal - just a simple cheeseburger or a soda with a little extra flavor added in that is usually reliable. At this Sonic, the only things reliable are the poor service and the long wait times. Twenty-four minutes to throw some ice cream in a blender with some cookie crumbs. Let me say that again - twenty-four minutes! Not even during a lunch rush or Friday or Saturday night, but a Monday night, after 8 pm, in May, before the "summer season". Not only was the wait ridiculous, but we watched people getting their orders before us who'd arrived well after we did. The only reason this place is still open is because it's this or a pitiful McDonald's or Burger King as the only other game in town.

If your looking to indulge in a blast or chili coney, this is not the place to go. I have tried to give this place a chance, but absolutely hate this sonic. Workers are rude, usually get my order wrong, and when it is right, it tastes so bad I end up throwing it away. I have actually bought a shake and thrown it away after 2 sips because it tasted so bad! Dont waste your money or the calories.

Worst sonic there is. They never get the order right. Half the time they don't even put your order into the computer right. They should should shut it down. It only gets worse. They forget things. You have to wait an extra 10 minutes just for condiments.

I have always liked the concept of Sonic, but the food leaves so much to be desired. My favorite thing on their menu are the corn dogs! Anything else that I have ever had has been quite unsatisfactory. Their burgers are not very tasty. Fast service is not something this joint does not have. I remember pressing the button a few times before receiving any service. Plus, the food takes several hot seconds to actually get to my car. Now, the roller skates... where are the roller skates? I have been to other Sonic locations before, where employees are on roller skates, not this one. Perhaps people have wasted too much food being on roller skates here. It's hard enough to hire a good employee, but to hire someone with good employee + one that can skate & carry food with agility I am sure is hard to find. Anyway, I have only come here, if I was extremely desperate for something to eat and everything else was closed!

They forgot simple things that you ordered and once you order the simple thing again such as sauce or a straw they take a long time to bring it to you or they just don't bring it to you at all.
